Chris Aguiar

Chris Aguiar has over 15 years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry. Currently serving as Business Unit Leader and Project Executive in Construction Services at R.H. White Construction since March 2010, Chris specializes in managing gas utility construction operations across New England, overseeing annual unit price contracts in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. Prior roles at R.H. White Construction include Special Project Manager for Finance and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing utility construction projects with contracts exceeding $20 million annually. Previously, Chris worked as a Civil Engineer at VHB from June 2005 to February 2010, providing engineering, permitting, and design services for commercial and residential land development projects. Chris holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed in 2005, and attended Blackstone Valley Vocational Regional School District from 1997 to 2001.
