Daniel Horgan Vice President of the Utility Construction Division, Dan is responsible for the safety and productivity of the majority of their field-based employees. He is well aware that if they do all these things well — safety, productivity, and quality — the end result will be complete customer satisfaction. Dan’s hands-on approach means that he is keenly aware of crew workload, productivity, and skillsets. He uses this knowledge to mobilize the right crews at the right time to provide the best value to the customers.
