Kinley Baird

Kinley Baird is a Project Engineer at R.H. White Construction, having joined in January 2024. Prior to this role, Kinley was the Business Owner at Baird Painting, managing residential painting jobs from May 2023 to January 2024. Kinley also gained experience as a Field Engineer at The Cardinal Group USA, LLC from January 2022 to May 2023, and served as an Intern at the same company from January 2021 to August 2021. Kinley began a career in construction and engineering as a Painter at JCS Painting and Light Carpentry in late 2020, and held two positions as an Engineering Intern at GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. between June 2018 and August 2019. Kinley earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completing studies in 2021.
