Rhythm and Moves
Dennis Alaba is an experienced educator with a background in physical education and youth mentorship. Since August 2018, Dennis has served as a Physical Education Teacher at Rhythm and Moves. Prior to this role, Dennis spent nearly a decade at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, holding various positions including Assistant Unit Director, Athletic Director, and Academic Mentor from October 2008 to August 2018. Dennis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from San Jose State University and completed educational training at TEACH-NOW Graduate School of Education in 2019.

Rhythm and Moves
Rhythm and Moves provides quality physical educators to private and public schools as well as childcare facilities. Teachers arrive with equipment for all children and a planned lesson in hand. Units of instruction include, but are not limited to, fitness, volleyball, softball, baseball, football, Gaelic football, paddleball, hockey, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer. R&M will plan a field day with stations including parachutes, limbo, hula hoops and other team building activities.
