Rico Hernandez has extensive experience in facilities management within the casino industry, starting as a Maintenance Supervisor at President Casinos from 1995 to 2000 before progressing to similar roles at Isle of Capri Casino from January 2000 to February 2014, where advancements included promotions to Facilities Manager. Since February 2014, Rico has served as Facilities Manager at Rhythm City Casino Resort, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in overseeing facility operations.
