Reggie Chandra, Ph.D., PE has over 25 years of experience in traffic engineering. In 1993, they began their career as a Traffic Engineer for the City of Springfield, where they designed and deployed the state of Missouri's first Traffic Management Center. In 2002, they moved to MidAmerica Regional Council (MARC) as the Manager of Traffic Operations, where they were the Project Manager for Operation Greenlight. In 2004, they founded and became the CEO of Rhythm Engineering, a company that designs, manufactures, sells and supports innovative traffic solutions that reduce congestion and improve quality of life in communities.

Reggie Chandra, Ph.D., PE began their educational career in 1981, when they earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum. Reggie then moved to the University of Florida, where they earned their M.E. in Traffic Engineering in 1993. Finally, they earned their Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in 2006.
