Aubrey Bailey

Aubrey Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail operations and performance arts. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at Broadway Dance Center since 2009, Aubrey is responsible for merchandise buying, store management, design coordination, and developing critical department functions such as inventory control and online store management. In addition, Aubrey has a solid background in dance, performing with McDonald Selznick Associates and previously with The Venetian I The Palazzo in Macau, as well as serving as an NHL dancer for the New Jersey Devils. Aubrey’s retail experience also includes roles as a Department Manager and Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from The Ohio State University.
