William Caraballo

William Caraballo has had a varied work experience, starting with Comcast in 2004 as VOIP Advanced Tier 3 Support. William then moved on to MRS BPO, LLC as Operations Manager in 2010, and then joined Plant Smart Energy Solutions in 2014 as a Solar Energy Advisor. In 2015, William became the Director of Strategic Development at Spectrum Solar. William then moved on to Vision Solar in 2018 as the Executive Vice President of Operations, where they oversaw field operations across multiple national markets while implementing scalable systems and standards. William's most recent appointment is as the CEO of Rhythm Solar, starting in November 2021.

William Caraballo completed their high school education from St. John Neumann HS in the years 2000 to 2004. Following this, they enrolled in the Community College of Philadelphia from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science.
