Elizabeth Merritt

Elizabeth Merritt has extensive experience in accounting and education, currently serving as Accounting Manager at Rhythm Superfoods since December 2015, where prior roles included Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Simultaneously, Elizabeth owns and operates Liz's Little Kitchen. Previous experience includes a Sales Order Analyst position at Stubb's Legendary Bar-B-Q, overseeing customer orders for a high-quality condiment manufacturer, and teaching Social Studies at Mendez Middle School in the Austin Independent School District, where Elizabeth developed critical thinking skills in over 150 diverse students annually. Earlier roles also include a Consultant-Accounting Assistant at Fuddruckers and a Property Accountant managing a portfolio at Montecito Property Company. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University and a Post Baccalaureate Certification in Education from LeTourneau University.
