Betsy Kauffman is a seasoned leader in business growth and organizational design with extensive experience across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of Cross Impact since 2014, Betsy specializes in digital transformations, agile methodologies, and leadership coaching, guiding organizations to align their values with customer needs. In addition to this role, Betsy serves as a Strategic Growth Consultant for Rhythm Systems, where facilitation of growth workshops with C-Level executives fosters high-performance cultures.
