Amy Fay

Amy Fay has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amy began their career in 2010 as an HIV Medical Case Manager at Boston Medical Center, where they provided case management to HIV positive patients, collaborated with the care team, and conducted benefit eligibility assessments. In 2011, they joined the Boston Public Health Commission as a Program Coordinator, where they provided technical assistance to medical centers and managed budgets and compliance of awarded agencies. Amy then moved to Sanofi Genzyme in 2013, initially working as a Case Manager and later becoming a Regional Director. In these roles, they provided case management to Rare Disease patients, facilitated insurance approvals, and led a team of Case Managers. Amy's most recent position is as Director of Patient & Customer Operations at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., starting in 2022.

Amy Fay attended the University of Massachusetts where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health in 2009.
