Deb Lewandowski

Deb Lewandowski has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Deb is currently serving as the VP, People & Culture at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Sr. Director, HRBP and Talent Management at the same company from January 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc., Lewandowski worked at Sanofi as the Sr. Director, Talent Management from 2017 to 2020, and as the Director, Human Resources from 2014 to 2017. Deb also has experience in human resources at Thoratec, where they held the role of Manager from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant/Sr. Business Partner, Human Resources at BFG Consulting from 2006 to 2010. Lewandowski's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Ford Motor Credit, where they served as Manager, Operations from 2002 to 2006, 6-Sigma Black Belt from 2001 to 2002, and Regional Manager, Training from 2000 to 2001.

Deb Lewandowski holds a Master of Science degree in Business Communication from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, also from Boston College.
