Véronique Lafleur-Kamp has a diverse and extensive work experience. Véronique is currently the VP People Development at Technip Energies since 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Faurecia, including Talent Development and Transformation Director, Clean Mobility Business Group from July 2019 to December 2021, and Business Group Talent Development Manager from September 2018 to July 2019. Before joining Faurecia, they worked at L'Oréal for many years, holding positions such as Human Resources Director, Operations, Consumer Product Division from November 2014 to September 2018, and Philanthropy Project Manager, L'Oréal Corporate Foundation from October 2013 to November 2014. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Manager in the Consumer Products Division and held other HR-related positions at L'Oréal.

Véronique Lafleur-Kamp holds a Certified Coach ACTP degree from Activision Coaching (accredited ICF), obtained in 2018. Véronique also earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po in 2008. In 2006, Véronique was a full-time student at the University of Toronto, pursuing Political Science and Literature. Véronique completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the Université de Montréal in 2005. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Organizational Design and Management from HEC Paris through Coursera in 2020.
