Kristina Shields

Kristina Shields is currently serving as the Patient Education Manager at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since August 2022, following a robust tenure at Sanofi Genzyme where Kristina held several key roles including Principal Case Manager in the Rare Disease Business Unit and positions in Global Patient Advocacy and Public Affairs from June 2016 to August 2022. Kristina's background includes experience as a Business Language Instructor specializing in Negotiation and Presentation Skills, and prior roles as a Case Manager and Co-Director of Speaker's Bureau at Mental Health Resources Inc. Kristina has also worked as a Behavioral Health Associate at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and a Clinical Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota. Kristina earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Medical Psychology from St. Olaf College and further academic training at the University of Minnesota.
