Pam Cramer

Pamela Cramer is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. and as a Board Member for Ruff Tales Rescue. With extensive experience, Cramer previously held the position of Head of People Solutions at Foundation Medicine, where key contributions included leading HR efforts for new office setups, job architecture projects, and implementing a Long-Term Incentive program post-acquisition.
