Joanna Roman

Joanna Roman has a diverse range of work experience. Joanna has worked as a Finance and Administration Manager at Rhythmic Technologies, Inc. since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Bookkeeper at Breastfeeding Outlook from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for financial management and general office support. From 2011 to 2013, Joanna served as an Administrative Assistant at Carbon Thompson Development, supporting executives and managing day-to-day operations. Joanna began their career in 1994 as a Payroll and Benefits Professional at Allen & Rocks, Inc., where they handled a portfolio of residential apartment complexes and managed various accounting tasks.

Joanna Roman obtained an Associates in Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College, completing their education from 1995 to 1999.
