Christopher Bartz

Christopher Bartz has extensive experience in housing and management, currently serving as the Director of Arizona Housing and Recovery Services Administrator of Wellness City Housing Services at RI International since July 2006. Previously, Christopher held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Greystar from August 2003 to October 2005, overseeing maintenance operations for a 480-unit apartment complex and earning several certifications, including HVAC and Pool Certification. Earlier in career, Christopher worked as Sales Manager at Sun City Art, INC. from March 2001 to September 2002, where responsibilities included managing a sales team, exceeding productivity goals, and enhancing employee retention.
