Paul Galdys serves as the Deputy CEO at RI International, an international behavioral health care provider in Phoenix, Arizona, since June 2017. Previously, Galdys was the Assistant Director for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), overseeing an extensive Medicaid program budget and leading various advocacy divisions from October 2015 to June 2017. Prior experience includes Assistant Director with the Arizona Department of Health Services, focusing on behavioral health services, and Senior Director of Adult Services at Magellan Health Services of Arizona, where leadership encompassed the region's public behavioral health system and innovation in care delivery. Galdys holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential.

With more than 50 programs across the U.S. and abroad, RI specializes in Crisis, Health, Recovery and Consulting Services. RI Crisis is rapidly expanding while enhancing technologies and service lines within our existing array of RRC's(Crisis Stabilization Programs), E&Ts (Involuntary & Court-ordered Treatment), and Crisis Respites. RI Health provides temporary and permanent housing, recovery education, and transition management. We're also adding clinical, medical, and routine primary care to strengthen our capabilities to support individuals at risk of suicide, co-occurring substance use disorder, and/or co-morbid medical conditions including diabetes, COPD and heart disease. RI Recovery has had a global impact on the mental health field serving as a demonstration that recovery from mental illness and/or addiction is possible. We have Wellness Cities in multiple locations in five states, providing individual/group peer support, fitness gyms, and education/socialization programs. We’re currently expanding our Peer Bridger/Navigator opportunities to ensure successful community transition of our participants (diverting from inpatient hospitalization and re-admission). Our programs emphasize recovery and cost-savings benefits. RI Consulting provides consulting and training services around the globe.
