Todd Skinner

Todd Skinner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in food service, case management, and employment support. Currently serving as Food Service Supervisor at RI International since May 2022, Todd previously held positions including Food Service Worker and Line Cook at Chili's and Beef O'Brady's, respectively. Notable experience includes managing daily operations of the Chuckwagon restaurant at Happy Trails Resort, as well as serving as Patrol Officer and case manager in mental health support roles. Todd possesses a robust educational foundation, including a BA in Criminology from the University of South Florida and studies in Religious Studies and Viking History.
