Caroline Pereira

Caroline Pereira, L.L.B., L.L.M. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and research agreements at RI-MUHC since October 2018, where Caroline serves as the Manager of the Research Contracts Office. Responsibilities include providing expert guidance on the drafting and negotiation of research agreements, implementing departmental policies, and overseeing staff resources and performance. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions such as Contract Research Specialist and Contracts Officer within the same organization, as well as Senior Coordinator of the Legal Department at Ancar Ivanhoe, managing complex legal matters in business and real estate law. Caroline holds multiple advanced degrees in law and business, including a Master’s degree in Business Law from Université de Montréal and an MBA in Tax Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with ongoing legal education at École du Barreau.
