Ivana Vranic

Ivana Vranic is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager at the Research Institute of the MUHC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ivana worked at Kaloom as a Senior Customer Experience Specialist from February 2020 to July 2023, overseeing IT projects, leading Scrum ceremonies, and managing databases for IT equipment and licenses. Ivana's earlier experience includes positions as a Research Engineer and External Consultant at Ericsson, as well as a MSS Design Engineer, where responsibilities involved network design and presales activities in South Africa. Additionally, Ivana served as a Core Network and Services Planning Engineer at Telenor, focusing on architecture and dimensioning of core network nodes. Ivana holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lander University.
