Melissa Klein

Melissa Klein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at RIA Advisory since December 2021, Melissa previously held multiple roles at Anthem, Inc. from November 2004 to December 2021, including Agile Product Manager and Senior Business Consultant/Senior Product Owner. Melissa played a pivotal role as Product Owner on the successful Anthem Agile Release Train, focusing on end-user representation while ensuring alignment with the program's vision and roadmap. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
