Silja-Madli Ossip

Silja-Madli Ossip is a seasoned policy officer currently serving as the Community Lead at EU CyberNet since September 2019, where efforts focus on enhancing the EU’s external cyber capacity and providing technical assistance to third countries. In parallel, Silja-Madli holds a role as an EU CyberNet Policy Officer and previously served as a Policy Analyst at the Estonian Information System Authority, focusing on national and EU cybersecurity policy. Additional experience includes coordinating crisis communication for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications, project management at the Estonian Information Security Association, and board membership at the European Cyber Security Organisation. Silja-Madli's expertise is supported by a Master of Arts degree in International Relations from Leiden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Tartu.
