Urvе Pastarus has extensive experience in leadership roles focusing on strategy, quality management, and customer experience within the information technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Customer Experience Department at the Estonian Information System Authority since October 2023, Urve previously held the position of Head of Quality Management at the same authority from April 2016 to October 2023. Prior to this, Urve was the Head of Customer Experience and Quality at Eesti Telekom Ltd, and spent over a decade at EMT in various senior roles, including Head of Quality and Planning Department and Risk and Quality Manager. Starting a career at Reval Hotels as IT Manager, Urve holds a degree from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology and has further educational credentials from Cornell University.
