Andrei Chirila has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andrei started their career as a Java Junior Developer at ISDC in 2007 and gradually progressed to become a Java Developer and then a Java Senior Developer. During their time at ISDC, Andrei also took on the role of Team Lead/Scrum Master, where they ensured effective communication between the customer and the development team and facilitated the team's commitment to project goals.
In 2015, Andrei joined acces.eu, where they served as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager, responsible for managing stakeholders and ensuring successful project completion. Andrei later became a Business Area Manager, overseeing a portfolio of projects and managing the team's productivity and professional development. Andrei also held the positions of Customer Engagement Manager & Partnership Manager, where they analyzed customer needs and facilitated communication between sales and delivery teams.
Since 2019, Andrei has been working at RIA Solutions Group, first as a Director of Service Delivery, where they defined the services strategy, ensured compliance with customer engagement processes, and managed account business plans. Currently, Andrei holds the position of Managing Director, overseeing the company's operations and driving its success.
Throughout their career, Andrei has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to manage and motivate teams. Andrei has also been involved in software architecture and design, ensuring the feasibility and quality of solutions.
Andrei Chirila completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2008 to 2010.
