Jessica Richard is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in federal public policy. Since March 2018, Jessica has served as Senior Vice President of Federal Public Policy at the Recording Industry Association of America® (RIAA), having previously held the role of Vice President in the same department. Prior to joining RIAA, Jessica worked as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP from November 2010 to March 2018. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School, earned in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College, obtained in 2007.
