Riaan Eksteen

Riaan Eksteen PhD (Amb. ret.) is the owner of Riaan Eksteen International Consultancy, a position held since July 1997, and has also been self-employed in a similar capacity since that time. Previously, Riaan served as an ambassador in various locations, including Washington D.C., New York, Geneva, Windhoek, and Ankara, from March 1968 to June 1999. Riaan holds a Doctorate in Political Science and Government from the University of Johannesburg, earned between 1961 and 1964, with a focus on the role of high courts in foreign affairs, and completed further studies at the same institution in 2017-2018, culminating in a DLitt et Phil degree.
