Cecy Nascimento

Cecy Nascimento is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational culture with significant experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as People Director for Talent & Culture at Riachuelo since February 2024, Cecy previously held the position of Head of People at Liv Up, overseeing teams in culture, careers, talent acquisition, compensation, and business partnership. Prior experience includes roles at Grupo Boticário, where Cecy progressed from Graduate Trainee to Talent Management Specialist, and earlier positions at Anglo American and UFMG Consultoria Jr. Cecy holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and has furthered education with credentials from institutions such as The London School of Economics and Harvard Business School Online.
