Renato Soares

Renato Soares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial planning and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Head de Planejamento Comercial at Riachuelo since August 2023, Renato previously held several leadership roles at PUMA Group, including Customer Service & Sales Operations Teamhead and Planning and Sales Operations Teamhead. Prior experience includes the position of Commercial Planning Manager at C&A Brasil and various roles at International Paper, ranging from Logistics Planning Manager to Demand Planning Specialist. Renato began the career as a Demand Planning Intern at Suzano Papel e Celulose. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA in Gestão e Estratégia de Empresas from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, along with a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management from International Paper/SETA.
