Doug Williams

Doug Williams is the current CEO at Rialtic. Prior to this, they were the CEO at Quartet Health, Cotiviti, Melioric, and Vivra Specialty Partners/Magellan Specialty Health. Doug has also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Cigna.

Doug Williams has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Doug began their career in 1987 as a sales representative for Cigna. In 1996, they were promoted to Vice President of Sales. In 2001, they left Cigna to become the CEO of Vivra Specialty Partners, which later merged with Magellan Specialty Health. In 2014, they founded iHealth Technologies, which merged with Connolly in 2014 to form Cotiviti. Cotiviti went public in 2016 and was sold to Veritas for $4.9B in 2018. In 2019, they became the CEO of Rialtic.
