Jennifer Godreau

As the Director of Content for Professional Payment Accuracy at Rialtic, Jen leads the content team in developing clinical and coding edits that help clients prevent overpayments for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial claims. With a relentless focus on payment integrity, the team strives to provide easy-to-understand policies that empower payers and providers with the information they need to support denials, increase clean claim rates and facilitate learning. In this role, she is also responsible for driving the prepayment Policies strategy and executing the roadmap.

Jen is the former Vice President of Revenue Cycle Solutions & Implementation for Eye Care Leaders, where she oversaw the compliance and implementation of multiple EMRs, PMS, and revenue cycle services. Before this role, Jen was the Vice President of Development and Operations for The Coding Institute, where she was directly involved with creating healthcare technology solutions (AAPC Codify, Healthicity, Auditing) that promote accuracy, education, and streamlining of revenue cycle services.

She is a national leader in correct coding and policy advocacy, presenting at multiple national conferences and authoring numerous articles. For over 20 years, she has been a certified coder and auditor and holds certificates in pediatric and ophthalmology coding.
