Juan Cueto

Juan Cueto serves as the Managing Director and Head of Real Estate (REO) Asset Management at Rialto Capital Advisors since December 2011, overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across the US and Puerto Rico, including non-performing loans, CMBS/CLO REO, and various commercial properties. Previously, Juan held positions such as Director and Vice President within Rialto’s Real Estate Group, managing extensive portfolios across multiple asset classes, and served as Executive Director at American Realty Capital, overseeing asset management and operations. Early career roles include General Manager at Cemusa Miami, Director of Planning and Development at the Miami Parking Authority, and Property Development Supervisor at the Miami-Dade Transit Agency, focusing on development projects and real estate asset management. Juan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Florida International University.
