Matt Sonntag is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and portfolio oversight. Currently serving as a Director at Rialto Capital Advisors since July 2013, Matt manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate assets across the eastern United States, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, and hospitality properties. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Director of Real Estate at Greenstreet Real Estate Partners from August 2011 to June 2013, where responsibilities encompassed all real estate functions for a portfolio of single-tenant assets in the Midwest and Southeast. Matt's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President and Asset Manager at United Properties, managing a large portfolio of multi-tenant properties, and as a Senior Associate focused on investment sales of various property types. Matt Sonntag holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
