Currently serving as Vice President at Rialto Capital since October 2020, Sam has progressed through various roles including Senior Associate, Associate, and Senior Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an M&A Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from July 2018 to June 2020, following a role as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at the same organization in 2017, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Earlier internships were completed at Augmate and Simon Property Group. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, earned in 2018.
