Rachel Benedict is an accomplished immigration attorney with extensive experience in legal representation and advocacy. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Rian Immigrant Center since March 2023, Rachel previously owned a solo practice focused on removal defense cases from February 2016 to March 2023. Rachel has held various roles, including Supervising Attorney at HarborCOV, Attorney at Mills & Born, and Associate Attorney at FitzGerald & Company, LLC. Additional experience includes serving as a Review Examiner for the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development Board of Review and presiding as a Pro Tempore Administrative Law Judge for the Mississippi Department of Employment Security. Rachel's legal foundation includes a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. from Carleton College.
