Max Reshulskiy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max started their career as a Project Manager at ExpoForum JSC, where they were responsible for feasibility studies, due diligence analyses, and the implementation of efficient business processes. Max later became a Senior Project Manager at the same company, leading teams and overseeing the development of various facilities.
After their time at ExpoForum JSC, Max joined the Global Innovation Summit + Week as the Lead Partnership Coordinator, where they established partnerships and created partnership guidelines to attract attendees and support sustainable innovative ecosystems.
Following this, Max worked as the Vice President of Finance at Hult Private Equity & Corporate Finance Club before joining Riaz Capital, where they held roles such as Financial Manager, Chief Financial Officer, and ultimately became a Partner and Chief Portfolio Officer.
Max Reshulskiy obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Management of Organization from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation from 2005 to 2009. Max'seducation history also includes a period from 2003 to 2005 at Saint Petersburg State University, where they studied Applied Mathematics Management Processes.
In addition to their formal education, Max Reshulskiy has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed a certification in Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2015, they obtained certifications in Negotiation Mastery: Achieving Outstanding Results and Relationships from Stanford University, as well as REFM Excel For Real Estate Certification Level 1 from Real Estate Financial Modeling. In 2014, they completed the certification in Effective Nonverbal Communication from Stanford University, and in 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Prior to that, in 2011, they completed a certification in Managing Corporate Projects and Project Portfolio using Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Server 2010 from Bogdanov and Associates.
