Rendy Tendean

Rendy Tendean, MSc. CCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and cost estimation, currently serving as a Sr. Project Manager / Cost Estimator at RIB U.S.COST since September 2006. Rendy leads multi-disciplinary estimating teams, develops cost estimates, and engages with clients to ensure project success. Expertise includes proficiency in the iTWO BIM 5D platform and a history of managing cross-functional teams throughout project life cycles. Rendy also contributed to AACE International as Chair of the Diversity Task Force and Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Task Force, focusing on the needs of emerging professionals. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
