Matt Harding has worked for four companies over the past decade. In 2022, they began working as a Key Account Manager for RIBBIT. The year prior, they worked as a Sales Operations Coordinator for Meco of Atlanta Incorporated. In 2020, they were a Sales Director for Krah Corporation DBA Activtek Health Solutions. From 2012 to 2021, they worked for Priority Payment Systems in various roles, including Commission Manager, Commercial Operations Team Lead, Sales Team Manager, and Account Executive.

Matt Harding attended Columbus State University, but did not receive a degree or pursue a field of study.
