Lukas Leiendecker

Lukas Leiendecker, PhD, is currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Ribbon Biolabs and as an Expert at BioExpert Network, both roles pursued in 2023. Previously, Lukas held the position of Fellow in the Entrepreneurial Leadership Program at AustrianStartups, where participation in Team 'Weinberg' led to the development of 'Safeti,' an innovative STI-testing platform that emphasizes user confidentiality. This project was recognized at the AustrianStartups ELP hackathon and presented at the Demo Day. Lukas has an extensive research background, including a PhD from the University of Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna, along with relevant experience at the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology and internships at Trenzyme GmbH and the German Cancer Research Center. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Life Science from the University of Konstanz.
