Adam Elshama

Adam Elshama has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adam most recently worked at Ribbon Communications as the Sr. Director of Engineering, where they were responsible for overseeing a team of engineers working on Session Border Controllers product lines. Their responsibilities included software engineering, system verification, security certification, and compliance engineering.

Before joining Ribbon Communications, Adam worked at SafeNet, where they served as the Director of Engineering. In this role, they were responsible for all engineering activities related to the development, testing, and certification of Safenet's KG encryption systems. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Development Engineering Manager at SafeNet.

Adam also has experience working at Onex as a Project Leader, at Teradyne as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, and at Data General as a Software Engineer.

Most recently, Adam Elshama has joined SBT as a Member of the Board of Directors.

Adam Elshama has a diverse education history. From 2023 to 2025, they attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Before that, Adam completed a Merger and Acquisition Certificate program at Columbia Business School. Adam also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University, though the specific years are not provided.
