Austin Eagle

Austin Eagle has a strong background in providing legal counsel and support to various companies. Austin currently holds the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Ribbon Communications, where they help customers modernize their networks through software, IP, and optical networking solutions. Prior to this, Austin worked as the Director of Corporate Counsel at PFSweb, Inc., where they managed a global team and provided legal services for eCommerce and order fulfillment services. Austin also served as an Associate Counsel at The Marketing Arm, a brand engagement agency, where they provided legal guidance and support to various departments. Before that, Austin worked as a Staff Attorney at a law firm and as an Associate at Blue River Partners, LLC. Overall, Austin's experience spans a range of industries and responsibilities, including contract negotiation, data privacy, labor and employment, marketing, and intellectual property.

Austin Eagle attended Mississippi College School of Law from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Juris Doctorate. Prior to that, they attended the University of Mississippi from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism. Austin is currently pursuing a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School Online, expected to be completed in 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Austin also holds a State of Texas Law License, which they obtained from the Supreme Court of Texas in April 2015.
