Carlos Silva

Carlos Silva has over 40 years of work experience, beginning with their role as an Operations Manager at Wang, where they worked from 1979 to 1995. Carlos then served as the Business Unit Director at Mack Technologies from 1995 to 2002. From there, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Manufacturing Services LTD. (MSL) for a year before moving on to Plexus, where they held the position of Senior Program Manager from 2003 to 2007. Carlos then joined CTS Electronics Manufacturing Solutions as the Manager of Program Management, a role they held from 2007 to 2009. Carlos then joined Catalyst Manufacturing as the Director of Program Management for a year before taking on the position of Senior Program Manager at Sanmina-SCI from 2010 to 2011. Carlos went on to hold various senior management roles at Sonus and Ribbon Communications, both related to order fulfillment and factory operations.

Carlos Silva attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1985 to 1990, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Management.
