Edoung Serge Alain Cedric

EDOUNG Serge Alain Cedric has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on network design, deployment, and maintenance. EDOUNG started their career at Orange, where they completed an engineering internship in 2015 and then gained practical experience in pre-engineering in 2015. In 2016, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Core Network Engineer, where they worked on various equipment, including Ericsson and Huawei products. Their responsibilities included maintenance, health checks, system backups, complaint resolution, software updates, and interconnections with national and international partners. In 2018, Cedric worked as a Consultant at Bexprt before transitioning to Ribbon Communications. At Ribbon, they held multiple roles, including Design and Deployment Engineer and Deployment Engineer. In these roles, they worked with various equipment/platforms, such as STIR SHAKEN, SBC, PSX, RAMP, and Ribbon Protect, and was responsible for architecture design, deployment, integration, validation testing, service migration, and handover to the customer's operational team. Cedric also has experience as a CS Core Resident Engineer at Ribbon, where they communicated directly with customers for issue resolution and troubleshooting.
