Lance Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lance started their career in 1992 as an Engineering Planner at Adtran and worked there until 2000. Following that, they joined Carrier Access as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they provided onsite customer support, training, and detailed product presentations. Lance then joined VegaStream as a Support Engineer, where they served as a dedicated product support engineer for the North and South America region, helping customers with product issues and developing network strategies. Lance continued their career at NexTone Communications as a Sales Engineer, providing detailed product presentations and aiding in the installation of the VoIP Session Border Controller S/W product. Lance then joined Aztek Networks as a Senior Sales Engineer, where they provided product presentations, network layout assistance, installation services, and 24x7 product support. In 2012, they joined Genband as a Sr. Ops Specialist, offering product support for GENBAND G5 customers and providing product approval assistance, as well as conducting full product training courses when required. Most recently, Lance is employed at Ribbon Communications as a Technical Support Engineering Technical Specialist/Designer III. Overall, they have gained extensive expertise in technical support, product presentations, customer training, network strategies, and international communication.

Lance Alexander attended Calhoun College from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained an Associates of Science degree in Electronics.
