Prior to joining Ribbon, Mike worked at GENBAND for 14 years, progressing from Services Product Line Manager to Director of Services Enablement & Portfolio Management. Mike's career began at Nortel Networks, where responsibilities included leading global P&L for Advanced Services and OSS Services, driving service development, and executing strategic vision across various technologies. Mike holds a Master's in Business Administration and a BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
