Nikhil Singasane

Nikhil Singasane has a solid background in network and infrastructure support. Nikhil started their career as an Executive Engineer L2 at RailTel Corporation of India Ltd in 2015, where they worked in the Transmission NOC. In 2019, they moved to Reliance Communications as an Assistant Manager for a brief period. Later in 2019, they joined ECI Telecom as a Technical Support Engineer, providing Tier-2 assistance in areas such as SDH, DWDM, PTN, MPLS-TP, and more. In this role, they also supported field engineers and customers in resolving trouble tickets and outages. Currently, Nikhil is working at Ribbon Communications as a Sr. Engineer, focusing on network and infrastructure upgrades. Nikhil handles service requests, coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues, and provides remote support to ECI tier 1 engineers and customer field teams.

Nikhil Singasane began their education at P.R High School in Bhiwandi-421302 from 2007 to 2008. Nikhil then attended N.E.S Junior College in Bhiwandi from 2009 to 2010, where they completed their HSC in Science. Following that, Nikhil attended Yadavrao Tasgaonkar Institute of Engineering Technology Chandhai Station Tal. Karjat Dist.Raigad from 2011 to 2014, earning their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication.
