At Ribbon Communications, Saikumar worked as a Sr. Tech Analyst in the Technical Support Operations- IP/MPLS department. Their responsibilities included providing technical support and assistance to Ribbon customers worldwide, installing and configuring Ribbon-Neptune products, resolving client issues in the Ribbon LAB environment, and collaborating with various teams to address technical problems and meet client needs.

Saikumar Mali completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Pravin Patil Diploma college of Engineering from 2010 to 2013 and obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Saikumar has also obtained several certifications. Saikumar completed the Cisco SD-WAN Operation and Deployment (ENSDW) course from Udemy in May 2021. In March 2021, they obtained the Cybersecurity Essentials certification from Cisco. Prior to that, in November 2020, they obtained the CCNA certification from Cisco.
