Yael Ashuach

Yael Ashuach has extensive work experience in the field of organization development and training. They currently serve as the Head of Global Organization Development and Training at Ribbon Communications since March 2020. Prior to this role, they held the same position at ECI Telecom from 2014 to 2020.

Before their roles in organization development and training, Yael Ashuach worked as the Corporate HR Manager at ECI Telecom from 2008 to 2013. They also served as the Divisional HR Manager at ECI Telecom from 1995 to 2007, where they were responsible for various HR tasks and cross-organizational processes. Before joining ECI Telecom, they worked as a Recruitment Manager and Business Partner from 1999 to 2001 and as a Recruitment Manager from 1995 to 1999.

Yael Ashuach's career began as a Psychologist at Adam Milo from 1992 to 1994.

Yael Ashuach earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Yael then pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at Tel Aviv University from 1990 to 1993.
