Ryan Deines

Ryan Deines has extensive work experience in the wine and spirits industry. Ryan started their career as a Customer Service Agent at US Airways in 2000 and worked there until 2001. Ryan then became a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams from 2001 to 2002. In 2001, they also started working as a Golf Shop Attendant at the City of Emporia and continued until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

In 2004, they joined TLConcepts as a Business Development Manager, where they managed high-caliber marketing programs for custom home builders and their vendors. Ryan also successfully generated $56,000 in gross marketing dollars.

From 2005 to 2010, Ryan worked as an Account Executive at Standard Beverage Corporation, strategically managing a wine portfolio and later a spirits portfolio.

From 2010 to 2013, they were a Sales Representative at Glazer's Distributors, where they ranked first among seven reps and executed sales strategies for various wine brands in the off-premise retail market.

In 2013, Ryan joined Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits as a Division Sales Manager, overseeing six wine sales reps and building strong relationships with independent retail accounts. Ryan also assisted in sales training and planning.

Since 2018, Ryan has been working at Riboli Family Wines. Ryan started as a Regional Portfolio Manager, responsible for supplier sales and distributor management support in various markets. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Sales Mid-West, although specific dates are not provided.

Ryan Deines attended Barton County Community College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associates of Applied Business degree. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, at Emporia State University from 2001 to 2004.
