Ryan Deines has extensive work experience in the wine and spirits industry. Ryan started their career as a Customer Service Agent at US Airways in 2000 and worked there until 2001. Ryan then became a Sales Associate at Sherwin-Williams from 2001 to 2002. In 2001, they also started working as a Golf Shop Attendant at the City of Emporia and continued until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

In 2004, they joined TLConcepts as a Business Development Manager, where they managed high-caliber marketing programs for custom home builders and their vendors. Ryan also successfully generated $56,000 in gross marketing dollars.
