Mikael Nombalay

Mikael NOMBALAY has over 25 years of experience in production management, quality control, and safety within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Responsable de production assemblage, peinture, achèvement at Ribouleau Monosem since March 2009, Mikael has also held roles in HSE and quality management. Prior experience includes positions as Responsable AQF at Advanced Comfort Systems and LACROIX Electronics, and as a Technicien Méthodes at Magneti Marelli. Mikael's educational background includes a BTS in mechanical engineering from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, complemented by studies at lycée Réaumur and Lycée Paul Guérin.
